Expanko Cork
Cork flooring …that's right cork, it's been around since 300 BC, but cork flooring really started in the early 19th century. A renewable resource, cork bark is harvested every nine years from trees. The cork is harvested, granulized, and baked before being made into a flooring product. The Patton Group represents Expanko, the leader in commercial homogeneous cork flooring with traditional 12" x 12" or 24" x 24" cork tiles. Also to be considered is Vallarex, a 12" x 36" engineered cork tile for floating installations.
